Shop: Lucky Birthday set -A group of 4 vintage postcards that could not be prettier! The coolest one to me is the horseshoe- it is 3D and stands off of the card and is just so neat! These would be great to give to someone who appreciates vintage/antiques on their birthday! They are in good shape and only one has writing on the back, the horseshoe has a little note at the bottom of the front of the picture.. Most likely from about 1908-1911.

Learn: The oldest picture postcard in the world is a postcard sent by Theodore Hook Esq. from Fulham, London, UK to himself in 1840. The illustration shows a colored caricature of Post Office scribes seated around an enormous inkwell.
