Vintage Bisque Frozen Charlotte- All Bisque Doll -Penny Doll with moveable arms

This little doll is about 2.75" tall. In good condition with light blonde hair. She has moveable arms and frozen legs. This doll can not stand without assistance. 

The majority of the items in my shop are vintage or antique, e.g., have been used.Vintage and antique items by their very nature have some wear, imperfections, and signs of age/time.
