This is a 1:12 Scale NIB Hello Dolly Dress Maker Form. It measures 3 3/4" tall and about 1" wide. This is made of metal- there are some small markings in the paint and a tiny bit of paint missing on the pole the form stands on.
The majority of the items in my shop are vintage or antique, e.g., have been used.Vintage and antique items by their very nature have some wear, imperfections, and signs of age/time.
