This is a very nice music box shape in the form of an old time telephone. The wood is in good condition and the music sound nice. This item was made in 1980's. There are no breaks just a few little chips in the wood. Makes for fun decor. Wind up on the base and remove the phone wired piece and it will play and when you place the wired end back it will stop playing. I am the worst at identifying tunes so I can't tell you what it plays, but it does still play. About 8.75" tall and about 3.75" wide base.
