Vintage Lady Head Vase - Rubens Lady Hat Lady

This lady stands at about 5.75" tall- she was made by Rubens She is stamped R495. She has a chip in the bottom of her glove see photo, 2 splotches in her lipstick , and a small almost looks like a pencil line on her chin see photos. A classic lady!
