Vintage Purse- Vintage Evening Bag Gold and Copper- Pillow Metal Purse- Handbag Retro 70's

This lovely brass and copper pillow-shaped structured metal purse features a decorative closure with a hinged back. The inside is lined in purple velvet. It has a gold  shoulder chain that hangs about 20" down to the bag which is about 7" wide and 4.5" tall. It opens about in half. Clasp still works. Small dent on the base near the middle and a few tarnished spots- see all photos please. Overall, still very useable! It would be a great statement piece and I find it comfortable cross body or just hanging on my shoulder. Made in India-  Measure approximately 7" x 4.5" x 3.25". It is from the 1970's.
