This vintage Steiff is a golden bear named Petsy. Steiff Petsy Brass 1927 replica teddy bear. This guy was a limited edition of 5000. He has a button in his ear. Mohair plush, stuffed with fine excelsior. Made in West Germany. About 13" tall.
