This beautifully detailed skirt has a small waist around size zero and sits high waisted. It has a hook and eye closure and this could be adjusted slightly if you wanted to try and make it fit a slightly larger size. As is it is xxs-xs- and has a 24-25" flat waist doubled- about 12 3/4" flat across the waist. The skirt is about 42" waist to base of the dress. It is so detailed and amazing to look at! There are a few small stains all light in color and hard to find- please see photos. There is also one hole in the skirt that someone has mended with a little gauze on the opposite side see photos and one very small hole that has not been mended.
This would be stunning with a slip for summer or layered!
