This little figurine is darling and was made by Ucagco. It is porcelain and has a cat sitting on a hat watching a child climb a basket. The piece is adorable and can hold a sprig of flowers or greenery etc. The piece is in good condition with a few imperfections - a fracture line on the back that can only be seen on one side so it may be a scratch and a small chip that can be felt on the top edge by the handle behind the flower basket edge, but regardless please see all photos. It is a great figurine! It is about 5"x5" in size.
