This is the Steiff Walt Disney Fantasia Flamingo! The flamingo has a red yo yo and has the original brass tag with 651700 as the id number limited edition of 2000 pieces launched in 2000. It has the original tag still attached. Stands about 14.5" tall- comes with the original stand.
