Vintage Tourist Plate - Rhode Island- The Ocean State

This little plate is so pretty with blue dainty flowers around the edge. The State House is pictured in the center. The back says Sheffield Fine China Japan Rhapsody 503 on the back. This plate is about 6.5" in diameter.
