This is a stunning antique embroidery. This piece was made on the old punch paper. It has gorgeous embroidery and has beautiful celluloid pieces. Often times you will see the celluloid has broken over time and crumbled but this one is in very nice condition. There are some spots and stains from age but overall lovely! The frame is made of wood and is in good condition. The size is about 17"x21".
The words say "Huslig Fornojsamhet ar Himmelsk Lycksalighet" which I believe is Swedish and translates to something like "Domestic Pleasure is Heavenly Bliss".
