The lid is included and the jar has one compartment for storing your favorite cookies or other treats. Made of ceramic, this medium-sized jar is an original piece and a great addition to any collection. Note that there is crazing all around the piece. No real chips, but there was a little roughness around the edge of the lid and a few spots on the bottom of the apple that are missing the color and glaze see all the photos for details.
