This 1941 motto is framed under glass. The wooden frame measures approximately 8 1/2” x 9 1/2” and is in good condition for age. It has a hanger loop on the back. First and Last line includes: It takes a heap o' livin in a house t' make it home.
I love that line so much and it just has the best cozy porch depicted on the print. The frame and piece are in good shape. 1941 written on the back.
