Rosbro plastic clown pull toy. Originally sold as a candy container in the 1950’s. No chips or cracks. Colors are bright. Axels are rusty. Wheels still spin. Stamped on the back Rosbro Plastics. Some lines in the plastic- scratches in the plastic.
