This is a vintage Napco lady called "Top O the Hill". She is darling! She is about 6.75" tall. She is fabulous with her windswept skirts! She has one chip in her skirts that still is gray in color and blends, but please see the photos. There is some crazing in the glaze and the original sticker is still on the base.
